I was admitted to acute assessment unit and the care I received from Cat, Claudell, Dipa and Mandy in acute assessment unit 3 was second to none.
These ladies gave the best person centred care I have ever experienced and their kindness has went a long way. If everywhere has staff like those 3 hrs forth valley would be the best in Scotland without a doubt. Thanks again for all your amazing care, it really meant a lot.
