(as a service user),

I attended an appointment with my 18 year old daughter who was anxious. Dr Gurung was quite simply outstanding. The manner in which she was able to put my daughter at ease, show compassion perfectly balanced with succinctly providing us with pertinent information was quite simply amazing. She was also extremely thorough. 

An absolute breath of fresh air in a health service with so many pressures on our doctors and nursing staff. 

If this does go back to Dr Gurung your parents should be so proud, well done keep doing what you are doing.
