I'm under the team at Newcastle Hospital Falls and Syncope and my care has always been amazing.

My doctor always listens to my concerns and offers advice where appropriate. Nothing is too much bother and I never feel rushed in my appointments.

Lately my care has been my phone calls and yet they manage to maintain the great same level of care I use to get face to face.

Can't praise enough, everyone I have ever met/spoken too at the unit has always been been kind, helpful and informative. Great service.
