(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Group Feedback about Andover Hub :

1. Not many groups have been running.

2. Groups lacking due to staff shortage 

3. Lack of communication, E g if keyworker was off.

They could use that as an excuse not to comply within inclusion for that period of time.  Also to  drink and use. Not enough groups you can attend without being referred to.

4. Should be assigned a new key worker if theirs is off.

I 100% agree unfortunately like many other places we are struggling with staffing issues. If anyone is being impacted by this I am very willing to hear that clients concerns and do my utmost to support them.

On a more positive note we will be having another staff member available from the middle of November to deliver groups. All clients are allocated a key worker, so guys please bear with us, life is never easy, always full of challenges whether you are in recovery or striving for it.

Dear Tabioca,

We have put plans in progress to make changes at Andover hub in order to support the group work program. Part of this solution has been to start training up peer facilitators to offer a wider selection of peer led groups.

However, this process takes time, so we appreciate your patience whilst we get volunteers trained up and DBS checked to ensure we minimise any risks and go about things in the correct manner.
