(as a service user),

Excellent service from start to finish. From the pre assessment on Monday. Then day of the operation Wednesday. Would like to thank all involved in my care. The reception staff, ward( Rachel thank you for the toast and tea) as well as your kindness. The surgical team and recovery ( thanks girl for the recommendations for TV binge watching, during my recovery). Too many people high light the negatives of the NHS and not always the positive. This team were brilliant and all worked well together, and I can't thank you enough for all your care and support during my stay ❤
