The support I receive at my local breastfeeding support group has been amazing. I went 1st as an antenatal mum and I'm now attending every week as a 2nd time mum with both my toddler and my baby. And the support I have received from other mums and the health visitors that attend it weekly has been invaluable. And definitely have ensured a very successful breastfeeding journey this time around. I go each week and come away having had a hot cup of tea and a chat to another mum facing the same/similar issues equipped with new tips/advice to try from very knowledgeable and professional health visitors. With the added bonus of feeling I've accomplished something by getting out of the house with 2 littles. It's such a lovely group facilitated by the WHSCT health visitor team in Strabane.
