I got referred to psychological therapist Elaine at Mountainhall Treatment Centre Dumfries from a mental health nurse through my doctors. To cut a long a story short. I was suffering from anxiety and depression.

Elaine help me though it, she is really good at her job, getting you at ease and relaxing so you open up to her which I did for about 1year. Then we opened a box which she couldn't work with, passed me onto Jackie clinical psychologist adult mental health nurse who I am with now, and just about to start eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. I would like to thank Elaine for all time and patient with me.
