"Communication with patients"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Acute Medical Unit (Ward 2)

(as a friend),

In my experience, many of the nurses in this hospital are nasty, short tempered, disrespectful people that don’t care about the patients. It’s not just one time, but many! The way they speak to patients is disgusting, in my view. I don’t trust them to do their job.

Not all nurses are like that, and I did meet some really nice nurses who cared, but I feel the majority don’t. I found RAH a horrible place! The one positive is that all the orderlies and low paid staff actually go out their way to help.
