My mum  fell up some steps and bruised/cut her face so my dad took her to Altnagelvin A&E.

Kieran was the nurse practitioner who attended to my mum. My parents were so impressed with how wonderful he was. They found him to be very caring and professional. They both agreed he was an excellent asset to the NHS.

Thank you for doing a great job and treating my parents so well today.

I am sorry that your mum sustained a fall but lovely to hear that you received great care and attention from Kieran our ENP. I will be only too glad to share this with him. Great for our teams to hear this during these challenging times.
