"The team went over and above"

A member of the Frailty team came on a daily basic at home to dress by infected leg and also take daily readings re blood pressure, pulse and temperature.

I began to feel better in myself but the leg infection was getting worse so they referred me to Lymington Hospital for antibiotics treatment.

The service received was marvellous very kind and considerate attention given each day.

Every member of the team who visited at home went over and above service which we expected.

I cannot thank the team enough as this helped me feel better much faster than expected.
