"A shambles of a GP surgery!!! "

My 80 year old mum had an appointment today at 1.30 for bloods and a review of her current medication.

Arrived on time waited 10 minutes outside in the pouring rain and howling wind! The surgery was all closed and padlocks on the gate! No message telephone call or anything to say they had cancelled her appointment! Opening times day it should have been open! Absolutely disgusting service and this is the 3rd time they have done this to her!

She’s 80 and needed her bloods checked for her low immune system. Trying to phone the surgery is like trying to phone the pope!!!

I am so sad that my mum has not seen a GP in such a long time!!
