My experience with my keyworker, Antoinette - she is amazing, very professional and caring. I have an amazing rapport with her and can tell her anything.
In my opinion Antoinette overall is the best keyworker to support anyone in active addiction or in recovery. She makes me feel like I'm listened to, feel validated and respected.
