Nephrostomy exchange was done by Dr Pillai. After a previous traumatic experience I had experienced I was understandably concerned about going into the nephrostomy exchange.
However, Dr Pillai took time to listen to me and my concerns and speak to me and continually reassure me throughout this procedure. His team were good also friendly and reassuring.
I really cannot put into words how grateful I am to Dr Pillai for his manner and his professional, efficient way. His caring manner and service was outstanding.
