About: Enhanced Care / Community Stroke Team

(as a carer),

Wanted to sincerely thank a terrific team of community AHPs who have supported us following my husband's recent stroke.

There is a very small number of health professionals for so many people who need assistance following stroke but despite these pressures the team have made every effort to ensure we are well supported in this rehab journey.

A  special thank you to Carly (OT) and James (physio) and Stacey (support worker). Happy AHP's Day!

Thanks for leaving such lovely feedback for the team. I'm delighted you felt well supported after what is such a live changing illness.

I sincerely hope your husband continues to recover steadily following his stroke and I will pass on your thanks to the team, and especially James, Carly and Stacey.
