My mum is in b21 just now and the care my mum has received in ward has been second to none and also the support for the family. They have went over and above for us from the serco staff students and the newly qualified nurses and doctors. It’s such difficult time for the family and we are forever grateful for how yous treated us as a family. Serco staff was brilliant too always making sure my mum was okay and taking the time to speak with her. Thank you
