About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I’ve recently had 2 visits to day surgery unit university hospital wishaw.

The care from The moment I entered the unit until I was discharged was exceptional. 
Every member of staff was polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful putting me at ease.
The receptionists, nursing staff, theatre staff were all very approachable which made my stay less stressful than anticipated.

I am sorry to hear that you have recently had to attend hospital twice for procedures. It must have been a very worrying time for you. I am so pleased that all our staff helped to put you at ease. It is very humbling hearing you found our staff to be exceptional. What a wonderful compliment for them! Our busy teams try to deliver the best care we can every day and I am so pleased you have received this.
