"Pathways help stop my addiction"

I had been using drugs for many years

and felt like I was trapped in my addiction as I used drugs to block out the things from my childhood. I went to Pathways and seen a lady called Antoinette who helped me get on a script to stop using the drugs I was taking.

They kept in close contact with me while I was just starting my script to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed any other help. I was told about groups they  ran and at first I was not sure about them but once I went to them I found that they was what I needed as it was people in the same boat as me. Interacting in the groups with other people and listening to them was what helped me get clean from drugs and away from drugs.
