Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We currently have one full time Mental Health Nurse and one part time Registered General Nurse in the hub. I think the idea would be fabulous to be able to offer home visits for 1-1's however due to staffing levels and high caseloads - I think the logistics would not be easy to manage to ensure everyone got seen and given enough time with their key worker. During Covid we were doing telephone 1-1's with people which is something we may be able to look at, one appointment in the hub and the next over the telephone. I will consult with the staff to see if we can come up with a satisfactory solution to your request.
