About: Angus Community Treatment and Care Centres (CTACS) / CTAC Hub - Arbroath Infirmary

(as a service user),

As a regular user of this service - having bloods done every 4 weeks, I always find the staff super friendly, and efficient. 

Arranging an appointment for my bloods is usually super easy, and if I have to leave a message they always phone back quickly.

Having read other posts concerning this team, I concur that Michael is a superstar. He’s a listener, and always remembers what you’ve chatted about before. Super friendly, always puts you at your ease, and very efficient at taking bloods.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write on Care Opinion. We are very glad to hear that you found the service efficient at the Care and Treatment Service at the Arbroath Hub, and all the staff friendly. Michael will be very glad to hear that you find he puts you at ease.

I am sorry to hear that you require to have bloods taken frequently, however, am pleased that you find making the appointments easy. We have made many adaptations to improve our booking processes since we opened, and we understand that getting a timely appointment with experienced staff is important to people in our care.

I will share your comments with staff, so thanks again for sharing this, as it really helps us identify what we have done well and areas for improvement when needed.
