I was treated for pneumonia in the Spring of this year and was so grateful for the kindness and care I received. It was a frightening experience but the staff at Worcester and at Kiddy Hospitals were caring and careful in how they treated me and explained what was happening and why. The nursing staff were particularly kind and thoughtful and when I moved wards there was no difference, they were all care-focused.
