I had a cyst like lump removed from my scalp at the from of my head. The nurse practitioner and her colleague at the plastic surgery department of Queen Margaret hospital did a great job. They put me at ease from the minute I stepped in to the room and continued to inspire confidence as they casually chatted whilst efficiently going about their business. I felt thoroughly at ease throughout the whole procedure. They did a great job and I would happily return to this nurse led service again. 10 out of 10 ladies!

Thankyou so much for taking the time to share your experience of the plastic surgery nurse led service after having your cyst like lump removed.

Your lovely feedback has been passed on to Deborah, the nurse practitioner and her colleagues and they are pleased to hear that you felt at ease during your procedure. It is important to the staff that all patients have a relaxed and positive experience at a time that can make you feel quite anxious.

We wish you well with your recovery and although we hope you do not need to use the service again we are happy to hear you would feel comfortable to do so
