"Attendance at Macular Clinic"

About: Mater Hospital / Macular Unit

(as a service user),

Initial review appointment date had been significantly delayed due to the current NHS lack of capacity. Extremely busy clinic when I eventually attended. Despite workload pressures, all staff (including admin and medical) could not have been more professional or helpful

I received excellent care, attention & explanation from the consultant (Mr Gupta) and had prompt laser treatment on the day of attendance - very much appreciated service
