"Awful service from Oxford Adult Mental Health Team"

I'm shocked and saddened at the total lack of empathy, compassion (and potential understanding) any staff member I've had interaction with from the Oxford Adult Mental Health Team (Oak team) has. I found the psychiatrist I have met are truly awful, very rude and uncaring individuals who do not listen to their patients.

If you are allocated a care coordinator in my experience they visit every once in a while for 15 minutes and just moaned about how understaffed the team is. How can you help anybody in 15 minutes? I have spoken to the management about this who I found were just awful and I did not feel they care. When I have phoned up the service and asked for help I have been told someone will call you back, but I never receive a phone call. Just such a poor service. Shameful.
