I think the Eastwood Health and Care Centre is quite comfortable. It used to have a very good café, but this closed due to the pandemic.

The other day I was there to see a GP. There were a few people serving tea coffee and cake and biscuits. It was a very enjoyable experience, the staff were friendly. I think this café is open just 2 days. I hope it opens full time soon.

Hello Shell57, I'm so pleased to hear about your pleasant experience in Eastwood Health and Care Centre. There is currently a 'pop up' cafe in operation on Monday and Wednesday and is run by HSCP Community Pathways staff and volunteers from the Brew Crew. The good news is that the cafe will be re-opening soon - we expect it to be up and running by mid November and is going to be a partnership venture between the HSCP and Include Me 2 Club. The cafe is a wonderful community hub and we are all looking forward to it opening.

I shall pass on your comments to the staff and volunteers, who will be delighted that you had such a pleasant experience.
