Everyone that we have spoken to on the phone and seen at the Lawson Practice over the past few months has been wonderful. My elderly mother is struggling with dementia and is scared of going to the doctors. However after two recent visits to the practice she is now a fan !
Everyone that she interacted with has been friendly and helpful, from the reception team, to the doctors and practice nurse. Positive attitude and smiling makes a huge difference for elderly patients and the whole team really made her feel comfortable and happy to visit. A special mention for the lovely nurse who did her blood tests !
From my perspective as her son, being able to also speak to the doctors in detail on the phone about my mother's dementia challenges has been a huge help and relief.
Overall I think this is a great team. Keep up the good work.
