(as the patient),

Day surgery unit all staff where very helpful and friendly only minor complaint was the lack of post op wound care and dressing removal not being supplied minor issue but needs addressing

Thank you for taking the time to respond, We really do appreciate all feedback.

We should have provided you with dressings or a plan with dressing changed prior to discharge as per our discharge planning checklist.
