What I liked
I'm currently being treated by a senior physiotherapist and they are very knowledgable and understanding of my condition. I have never been kept waiting more than 10 minutes to be seen.
What could be improved
I could have been sent home with a dressing on my wound after a laparoscopy, the one the nurse put on fell off and after telling the nurse she said she didn't have time. I left with an open wound which got infected. Also attitude towards pain relief could improve - I asked for some painkillers and was told I 'probably had a low pain threshold'. Cleanliness could be improved - On another occasion my grandmother was admitted to a ward which was dirty and when I switched on the fan a pile of dust settled on the bed aggravating my grandmother's heart condition. Privacy on Ward - Also quite often there were seven visitors around the patient in the next bed and it was difficult to speak to my grandmother through all the noise,
