I have been waiting 15+ weeks for a mental health pharmacist to review my medication due to nasty side effects after contact with Single Point of Access. I have rung multiple times to request updates to be told they will put a rush on the request and then hear nothing back. It seems you have to be actively in crisis to receive any help.
