Attended a blood test session.
I was well received by Melissa, who apologised for the delays, as there were so many people.
She was quite professional, explaining every aspect of what she was doing and also alerted me to what I was not aware of.
Melissa made me feel so relaxed when the procedure was performed and also reminded me I was due a flu jab. She explained all about it and that encouraged me to have it.
I think this has been the best experience I’ve had in the practice.
