"Appointment not updated"

Am waiting on a prolapse operation , but before this can happen I was sent an appointment for Stobhill to rule out cancer because of bleeding.

The appointment was scheduled, but because of the severity I complained and the appointment was brought forward, which I attended.

I have received a letter - quite cheeky, in my opinion - to say I had missed my appointment and did not cancel and would be taken off the waiting list. They’ve obviously not updated their records .
