Attended as arranged, staff were friendly and welcoming, from the folks at reception, to staff who took me through to the suite, everything was explained clearly. Member of staff who ran thro' the questionnaire - even tho he must do it several times an hour - didn't make it sound routine.
The staff made sure I was comfortable and the process was very easy.
