"My keyworker is often not there"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Winchester

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My keyworker is often not there. Inclusion have held my script and have the nerve to tell me when I ask for prescriptions that they are addictive, when it's them that give me methadone.

I would firstly like to apologise that your key-worker has not been available and you are more than welcome to contact me on this number, 07966899242. Regarding your prescription, you will be able to discuss this with either myself or the prescribing team on your next medical review. Please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss any issue you have experienced. Many thanks for the feedback. Piers Anning Winchester Team Leader.
