I’d like to share my recent experience with the Southern Trust.

I initially contacted the phone first service and was given an appointment in the Urgent Care Centre within the next hour, I was then assessed by the wonderful Dr. McEvoy, who promptly arranged blood tests and a chest X-ray on the same day.

Subsequently, I was directed to the ambulatory care unit, where I received exceptional care from the nurses and doctors, particularly Dr. Alex and Sister Judith. Judith, your dedication to nursing is truly commendable!

After my initial visit, I returned the next day for further scans and blood work. In the radiography department, I encountered Sarah, who provided clear explanations and reassurance throughout the procedure. I was then diagnosed promptly and discharged later that day with a comprehensive care plan and my prescribed medications.
