The first thing is you made me feel human and wanted. I was made to feel that my purpose was still as good as my intentions, I just need a bit of help getting there.

Whenever I've needed guidance and actual guidance not someone reading from a script, it's really changed my opinion on things like this. It's not only one thing, you helped and engaged in like a human a real conversation. It's really helped me.

Jo is my helper and I honestly do not think I would have done it without her.  I wasn't engaging at first because of past experiences with things like this and thought it would be a waste of time. The first time I met her she really was bothered about helping me not just another client she was generally asking questions and trying to get the best out of me.
