So the day before you go abroad and you are already away from home your crown decides that it can break off.

After trying various dental practices in the Brechin area, as well as the Arbroath NHS, I get advised to contact Kings Cross Hospital.

Nikki was great on the phone. Appointment made and I could turn up 2 hr later. Checked in easily and effortlessly and after a short wait got seen by Louise and Christy.

They helped me with great respect, humour, professionalism and care. Within 5 minutes the bad crown was assessed to last another day and polished and cleaned up. Both of you are an absolute asset to NHS Scotland. Thank you.

PS, the waiting area is truly dreadful.
