As a family we would like to express our thanks for the care given to my husband and our father at home in his last few days. He always brightened up to see you coming and was grateful for everything that you did for him. Your kindness towards him and your sensitivity and support to us was most appreciated during this very difficult time.

Dear Magyw95,

Thank you for taking the time to express your gratitude at what is a very distressing and sad time for you.

It was lovely for the team to read the heartfelt sentiment, especially about him looking forward to seeing them.

It is lovely for the staff to hear that they are providing a good service and especially when he was able to remain at home as was his wish.
