"Two excellent nurses"

I wish to commend two nurses who have gone above & beyond my expectations by providing excellent patient care to my mother during her two admissions to A&E in the space of three days at CUH. 

My Mother required a great deal of care & nursing support due to two falls on separate occasions, this occurred at the care home she has been a resident in. 

I want to name Tonya, I can honestly say she is an angel in a human body; she showed such compassion & professional care to my mother on two occasions in A&E, Tonya is a credit to your organisation. Thank you so much Tonya, we cannot thank you enough, forever grateful.   

 

I experienced a similar level of care from a healthcare assistant called Gertrude, she showed sheer professionalism & such tender care to my Mother, she completed hourly observations on my Mother, she dealt with her personal care & tended to her every need, again she is a credit to your organisation.

Thank you so very much Gertrude for your wonderful care.

Brilliant service provided, forever grateful on behalf of my Mother who is in the late stages of Alzheimer’s disease.
