About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Following an appointment with my GP, I was referred to Daisy Hill Hospital A&E for follow-up tests.

I write this to say a huge thank you to Ciara, Emergency Care Advanced Clinical Practitioner, and all the Medical, Nursing and Support staff in the department.

I was seen very quickly had several tests carried out and indeed repeated for clarification of symptoms and outcomes.  I was treated with the highest respect in a department that was particularly busy today. 

I left reassured and with a clear plan in place for follow up.
