(as a service user),

I attended the treatment room in Portadown Health Centre for blood tests this morning. I am not great with needles or getting my bloods taken, but Kate put me at ease and was so gentle, I didn't even feel the needle going in, let alone having 5 bottles of blood taken!

Kate is such a pleasant person and I want to thank her and make sure that she is recognised for being great at what she does!
