Unable to reorder through nhs app, I phoned Grange Practice, I was told I could override it on the app, I could not find this, rang my chemist, he said he has had lots of people complaining with the same problem, phone surgery again, told I needed a review and I would get a phone call, nobody rang me, I tried to reorder again and it worked, I would have appreciated a txt to let me know and if I have to have a review I will call at the surgery for a blood test if required. All a bit over complicated. Keep it simple!
