Having been referred to the mermaid centre by my GP I was feeling quite anxious. From the moment I arrived I was treated with professionalism, kindness and respect by all the staff I encountered. Although I understood I may be there for up to four hours I found this very reassuring as all the necessary tests were conducted and I received the results there and then.
I was kept fully informed throughout and the doctors and nursing staff listened to me and never rushed. Excellent care. Thank you.
