"Made me feel at ease"

About: Urgent Community Response Mid Hants

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Hugo was very pleasant and made me feel at ease. He spent the time asking questions and listening.  Hugo was honest and clear about what was happening.  Hugo was very caring and compassionate.

Donna came out to check on me today again listened and asked questions.  Very lovely and caring i felt at ease and that I counted and wasn't wasting anyone's time.

The home visits were very welcomes/thank you

I am the consultant for the Mid Hampshire Urgent Community Response service. Looking after individuals at home instead of hospital when it is safe to do so.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us how we did when you were under the care of UCR Mid team

I will certainly make sure that both Hugo and Donna know how much there care impacted so positively on you. Its so important that we get our communication right and that we listen.

We all hope you are recovering well.
