Our health visitor Fran has gone above and beyond to support us as first time parents. Our daughter was born with a tongue tie that required correction and Fran was able to quickly refer us to the service we needed and provide us a contact in infant feeding support. Our little girl also has an allergy which Fran has helped facilitate supportive treatment, diagnosis and a plan going forward. She also made sure to check in on me as the mother as it was a very intense time in our parenting. As well as this she encouraged me to continue breastfeeding in a supportive manner, which I’m glad she did because I was very close to stopping and I am so glad I was able to continue our breastfeeding journey.

We’ve felt constantly reassured and cared for by Fran and feel she has looked after us with a holistic approach to the whole family.
