(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

 I want to thank Alice for supporting me to get a job and for helping me with finding a college course. Alice has been very caring, polite and very professional.

I now have a job and know that she is there to support me along the way. I already feel much happier and I have her to thank for that.
