"Felt ignored"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as the patient),

I felt the staff I encountered at A&E were more interested in talking to other staff about what perfume was being worn. Waited hours on being changed. Think it’s a very poor show. Heard staff telling an elderly patient that had been in the department for 11 hours that’s it’s better to go home alone than be in a busy department.

I felt this was a terrible attitude from most of the staff as spent most of the time being ignored.
