(as the patient),

I had recently been admitted to swah with extremely low platelets during my recent pregnancy. I was in hospital for 8 days and the decision was made by the doctors to induce my labour at 38 plus 4 weeks. I received exceptional care from nursing assistant Heather as well as a fantastic midwifery Team there is too many to personally thank. They made me feel so at home and at ease with everything that was going on. They keep my spirits up when I was feel down and nothing was ever too much trouble.
