About: General Outpatients Department / Audiology Service

(as a relative),

My mother-in-law has been under the care of audiology following GP referral. She has received excellent care and treatment from the Audiology Department at Perth Royal Infirmary. She has been under the care of Keith. On both initial assessment and follow up, Keith has provided an excellent service. He has taken time to listen, understand and then provide the right treatment and education, showing both kindness and compassion throughout. Nothing was a bother to Keith and his patience and professionalism was appreciated by both my mother-in-law and myself.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback on the excellent care your Mother-in-Law has recently received by Keith in Audiology at Perth Royal Infirmary. We really do value all the feedback we received from our patients and their family and friends and it so lovely to hear such kind words. We hold a twice weekly Departmental huddle where I will feed this back to both Keith and also the rest of the Team.
