"Incorrect Information"

About: Sexual Health Services - Shropshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

Got a text regarding my vaccination I was due.

However details attached were incorrect and sent me to a clinic in Wolverhampton.

They (after 45mins on the phone)

Eventually gave me a number to call

Which were they again :(

Annoyingly they gave me a mobile number for a nurse to call and book an appointment.

So I called it and turns out that she had left over 12 months ago :(

I then tried the original number I booked on and got no answer after ringing out for ages.

So I had to make a trip up from the other side of town, to pop in and speak to someone only to be told all their numbers and details had changed.

Why even send a text out with incorrect information on and cause patients concern and mislead them if beyond me.

And a Wasted hour and half of my day due to traffic going in to find this out in person.

However upon my vaccination I was seen promptly as well as a trainee who’s just finished uni in the room for my appointment who gave me the vaccination.

Get the details up to date and sent out correctly.

10/10 service for the nurses at the practice today.

3/10 for the NHS service
