I was very anxious going in. The staff put me at ease like they all do in all departments there. The lady Cancer specialist such a lovely lady I did not catch her name when she said my black ear lobe was not C I have her and her assistant a big hug each the relief the waiting room was good very clean lots of lovely patients there the nursing staff very friendly smiling so all in all 10/10 for you all at Pilgrim I personally thank you and best wishes to you all respect for workers what ever field as I am retired now and worked all my life god bless Pilgrim
