"Kind surgeon for my gallbladder removal"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery Queen Margaret Hospital / Theatres

(as the patient),

I recently attended Queen Margaret hospital to get Keyhole surgery to remove my gall bladder.

The operation and my care on the day care ward was excellent. Staff were brilliant and my consultant Mr Robertson removed my gall bladder and I didn’t feel any pain. I call him the “Miracle Man”. He is one of the nicest, kindest people who made me feel completely safe in his care.

Unfortunately I developed complications after the operation and had to go in an ambulance to High Dependency at the Victoria Hospital. This was again organised very quickly and efficiently by the hospital. My operation went like textbook.

So many thanks to Mr Roberson for all your care not only in Queen Margaret but also when I was admitted to the Victoria Hospital.
